Parking for March 8, 2018 will be available in the San Diego Central Library parking garage for a small fee. Parking just for the conference is $5 and $10 if you are staying for the LIBROS sponsored after hours social event. Folks wanting to pay the $5 must exit by 5:00 pm and those staying after-hours must exit by 9:00 pm.

Parking is self-park, first come first served and there will be no reserved parking spots for the event. Parking is payed at the exit by card or cash. When you exit, the parking attendant will need the ticket you pulled at the entrance and you will need to mention that you attended the Seguimos Creando Enlaces Conference to receive the discounted parking rate.

Parking is also available for a 24 hour period for $21 at the San Diego Central Library underground parking (330 Park Blvd. San Diego, CA 92111). If using this option for overnight parking you must pull a ticket at the entrance and then present that ticket upon exiting. Please note that this option is for 24 hours – if you enter the parking structure at 8am on March 8th then you must exit before 8am on March 9th to only pay $21.

Transportation to Tijuana

Free transportation from San Diego to Tijuana on Conference Day 2 on March 9, 2018 will be provided to those that indicated they needed transportation on their registration. The bus will leave from Logan Heights Library (567 S. 28th St. San Diego, CA 92113). Street parking is available near the front of the library. Please arrive to the library by 7:30 am. Bus will return to Logan Heights Library by 5:00 pm. A current, valid passport is required to travel into Mexico.

Buses will drop off attendees on one side of Parking Lot C and security staff will indicate where to park – Parking Lot O (Eo) is at the extreme right of the library (15A).


Parking is available in Lot C (Ec) at the UABC Tijuana campus. It is located to the side of the university theater (13B).
